Kyra Rodriguez is a first-year Ph.D. student in the Micro Management of Organizations program at the Haas School of Business. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2022 at New York University. Prior to joining Haas, Kyra spent 2 years as a full-time research associate at MIT’s Sloan School of Management where she mainly studied ethnic and socioeconomic diversity in leadership and the academic career path. She is broadly interested in diversity and inequality in organizations, status perceptions, stereotypes, leadership, and intersectionality.
